Precious moment at San Antonio

AA Precious moment during our visit to San Antonio to participate in the grand opening celebrations of Mammen Family Public Library Bulverde Texas on the 28th of September 2019. We met them in our earlier visit. When came to know about the program we were so interested to be presented in the auspicious occasion. Library being in the name of Mammen family it was a proud moment for us because Mr Sam Mammen is from Kerala who became US citizen and settled here. They love serving the community and of course the country which gave them a lot. The mission of Mammen Family Public Library is to promote literacy. The library tour revealed us the literally wonderful spot of learning with friendly and dedicated staff. The breathtaking views from the library in the beautiful hill country is amazing. The beautiful gardens are well maintained. I love the butterfly garden. All the very best wishes to the library to grow up to the top in San Antonio and may the lovely family be blessed to do more and more humanitarian activities in future. Rejection is the Pathway to Redirection

Everyone sometimes experiences the sting of rejection. If you are mentally strong, no doubt that is the first step to grow strong for a better tomorrow. Rejection hurts when you are excluded. When a person getting acknowledged by the society and higher authorities and not the top in the executive committee then the authorities that is meant for signing the papers shall become jealous. Jealousy is a killer. Being more experienced in the organisation and they don't need it to grow up and accept new changes for betterment, they start to resist every new and good suggestions. Some passive members will keep quiet. But the real proactive ones can't keep quiet. They will go forward with positive intention to go along with the flow of the hour for productive results. There starts the project work of the jealous person. He or she, they will work hard on how to get rid of the positive person from their organization. They will start to get opportunities to find fault with the person to get rid off. Slowly slowly they will be able to build up a big plot in which the victim is get trapped. They will easily locate witnesses to point the index finger against the person to throw away forgetting that three of their fingers are being pointed to them only. The person who is not able to forgive and forget will become more and more jealous and make the victim also panic due to the continuous harassment. If they want to achieve the so called target they will do it. Without proper procedures they can easily take hold of the situation and force the decisions in the minutes making others incapacitated. The only person with the target will take the lead and do it.
 I know very well some of you have faced such situations. It's so hard to learn that you were being harassed even if you were doing great things for them and the organization. And I know you were letting it go because you don't want to harm the institution. If the jealous person feel that you are going to come out accepted then what to do? The plot against you will become strong as a decision to throw you out for a built up reason adding a lot of fake things to shut the mouth of others who in case favor you of your generosity and dedication. You are a proactive. Then what to do next? Look back on your life. Every time you when you were rejected it was for something good. So don't be hesitated.
Fuel your emotions to a positive path and go ahead.
Go and check your price tag and see how much it worth?
Get off from the clearance rack and respect yourself because no one else can do that.
Dare to be yourself. Don't undervalue yourself.
Use the rejection to get motivated rather then hurt you.
Think that the transition is a great opportunity to let go where you are unwanted and embrace the positive one coming on your way.
Be strong enough to forget the past, wise enough to move ahead, persistent enough to work hard and wait patiently for the right path. Affirm Yourself that You are being Redirected to something Better.
