A day of my beloved husband is really giving me great lessons to keep active and stay safe and healthy. Being seniors we are not having a strict schedule. That’s not an excuse. It is your option whether to stay active and healthy. Day starts at 5am. Morning prayer, yoga and reading the first phase. Then comes newspapers and breakfast. Next is homestead gardening. After lunch one hour TV time. Then preparation of assignments for webinars or counselling. Evening watering garden! Back 7 pm evening prayers, TV time, dinner before 8 pm. After dinner watching TV for our company along with his favourite book to get into. 10 pm to bed ๐ for a beautiful day ahead! I love the way! No trips due to the Covid pandemic! So we are getting adjusted to the present scenario so happily and gratefully ๐๐
