Seven Centre Meditation 🧘‍♀️ Yoga @ Amritha, Aluva

Good morning friends 🙏
Welcome back to Yoga @Amritha, Aluva.
📞 9961799831 & 8281434922
Our lifestyle, environment, workplace stress, family problems results in blockage in our body, systems, glands and chakras.
It disturbs the free flow of vital energy (prana) which results in discomforts and illnesses. Chakras are related to systems, glands and emotions in our body and mind. It is very important to heal the chakras in Yoga.
Seven Centre meditation for chakra cleansing and balancing.
Seven Centre meditation
Sit tall with spine straight. Place the hands on the thighs with palms facing up. Take a few normal breaths and relax. Hold Gyan mudra. Focus on root chakra, visualise the unique nature of the chakra and start meditation. Switch on the red bulb in the midpoint and let it cover the chakra, spin off and visualise it is cleansed and balanced. Say yourself ‘I am secured’.
Like wise continue meditation on all the other five chakras visualising it’s unique characteristics.
Finally we reached crown chakra.
Visualise the chakra facing up. A beam of violet light is coming down and settling on the crown. It is spreading on the chakra, cleansing and balancing it. Say yourself ‘ I experience the bliss ‘.
Now visualise the light is coming down through the sushmna nadi covering the rest of the chakras. It is spreading sideways and the body is now illuminated with violet light.Bring the focus back to crown centre, see a fountain on crown showering violet light down around the body. Feel like we are inside a protective shield of violet light. An aura is formed around us. Our inner self is connected with the upper self.  Experience the blissful state for a while.
Feel thankful for the amazing opportunity of meditation.
Pray for the whole Universe.
Rub your palms strongly, feel the warmth on your face, open your eyes with a smile on your face.
Be your own therapist and practice meditation for better physical and mental wellness.
Thank you 🙏
