Whenever we feel stressed the uneasiness will appear in the form of neck/ shoulders/ back/ thighs/ hip and knee pains. Also indigestion is a common symptom of stress.

We have to strengthen the tension sensitive areas to cope up with any stress related issues in our day today life.
