Be True to Yourself

Be who you are and have the courage to accept yourself as you are. Don't live your life to please others. Self respect comes only from being true to who you really are and from acting in accordance with your basic nature. When you respect yourself, others will respect you. When you are true to yourself, your individuality and uniqueness will shine through. You can stay sincere with open hearted. You will be impartial towards others and in decision making.
Be true to yourself, allows you to live your life consistent with your highest values and aspirations.
You are enriching others by being true to yourself.

Work is Worship

During my visit in USA....busy at registration counter
This famous quote "WORK IS WORSHIP" reminds me, AS YOU SO YOU REAP is the teaching in the Ramayana.
There is no doubt that we should work without any care for the result. Work is not only counted in this world but counts something for the next world also.
Life is dull without work. Life is fruitful and useful only if we work for ever.
No doubt Work is Worship is the main object of life. Laziness and dullness are the curse of life.
Work is the only concerns with men while reward is the concern in the hands of the Almighty.

Even during visit and stay away from home, we can make our self busy in engaging the activities of the neighbourhood and community. Don't let laziness rule your life, which leads to unwantedness and disappointment. Where ever I am, it is my duty to get engaged in my field and be busy in some way or other thus enjoying the value of work and my personal freedom. This attitude helps me to uplift the standard of my life in true sense in my senior citizen phase.

Why to Fear? Know the Power within you.....

Do not under estimate yourself. Being the children of the Supreme soul, we are protected . Why to fear we are nothing?
All knowledge is within us. Our soul is perfect. Don't slip into the veil of MAYA. Take off the evil and develop the soul. The soul manifests itself in its pristine purity.
All power is within you. You can do everything. Don't think of things that you are weak. Believe in your own power that you can do anything and everything, by yourself.
Get the awareness, "We are children of the Almighty, we are sparks of the infinite."
We are born to conquer nature and not to follow it. Be steady, obedient and eternally faithful to the cause of truth, humanity and your country to move the world.
Arise, awake and get rid of fears. Believe in the power within you. Yes, you can, you can, you can do a thousand times greater than now. Have faith in yourself. Know you are the infinite, then fear must die. Say ever, " I and my Father are one."

How often you smile a day?

Smiling happens without much thought. Smiling is natural to share our happiness with others.
Smiling also triggers activity - happiness- in your brain.
The 44 muscles in your face, can make more than 5000 expressions, most of which are smiles.
Smile at dear ones, friends, relatives, neighbours, colleagues, and new people.
When you are smiling, the whole world smiles with you. Smiling is contagious.
Smiling makes you happy, makes others happy, makes you more attractive and frees you from stress.
Always try a smile, if you can't find a reason to smile, watch a funny show, read comics or call a friend with humour. So don't forget to smile frequently as and when possible.
