People usually are reluctant to laugh loudly and unconditionally. It’s time to laugh. Come on, let’s laugh to live healthy and happy.
Some more laughter yoga exercises. After each exercise thrice go for anyone in the first three steps clapping 👏👏 breathing exercises or child like play to get a pose and relax.
Laughter yoga exercises
1. Argument laughter
If in a group stand in two rows or go around. No anger only laughter in arguing. No touching or no poking.
Point your finger towards the other person and do argue laughter.
2. Grasshopper inside the pant laughter
The grasshopper is tickling in the legs. Trying to get it out through laughter.
3. The age laughter
a. Child laughter...laughing freely.
b. Youth laughter...laughing proudly.
c. Aged laughter....laughing with strain.
4. Lawn mower laughter
Pull the string and start mowing with laughter.
Benefits
Increases oxygen intake.
Strengthens the lungs.
Great cardio vascular workout.
Makes the practitioner happy.
Let go and laugh loud to get the therapeutic benefits of laughter yoga.
