Mudra practising is a complimentary therapy. It can be used side by side with any therapy.
Yoni Mudra ( Mudra of Womb)
Yoni mudra help women in dealing everyday stress. It connects to the innate female energy. It is related to body, mind and soul. Helps in achieving the tranquility of mind that an unborn child feels inside the womb.

Balances right and left side energies.
Stimulates the nervous system.
Removes distractions.
Alleviates stress.
Clarity of thoughts.

Reaches higher levels of consciousness.
How to do
Sit tall, comfortable and relaxed.
Place your palms open on your thighs. Bring palms in Anjali mudra with thumbs pointing up. Open the palms apart. While the tips of the index fingers and thumbs are still joined fold the other three fingers inward so that the back of the fingers touches together. Press the pointed thumbs on your navel.
Focus on the mudra, visualise the calmness and the innate power and go on practising.
Vyana Mudra( Kubera Mudra)
Vyana is one among the five vital energies in Ayurveda. It resides in the heart. From the center it keeps moving all over the body. Regulates the air and space elements. The therapeutic benefits are especially for blood circulation and blood pressure.
Benefits
Cures high and low blood pressure.
Stabilises the mind.
Strengthens the nerves.
Removes fatigue, laziness and dizziness.
Reduces body pain.
Removes excessive thirst, sweat and urination. Removes stress and anxiety.
Develops self esteem.
How to do
Sit tall and comfortable. Take a few normal breaths and relax.
Place the palms facing upward on your thighs. Join the tips of the thumbs, index and middle fingers. Focus on the mudra and visualise the benefits you want to gain.
Mudra practice is to be done for 30 minutes. Early morning and empty stomach is the best to practice mudras. If you are busy do it in 2-3 spells. Take a break of two hours after main meal.
Practice regularly for better results.
