Hand foot pose( Padahastasana)
Sit tall on a sturdy chair. Start with a few normal breaths holding Buddha mudra.Place your palms on your knees. Inhale slowly, raise your hands up. Slightly bend backward. Hold for 5 seconds. Exhale and bend down to touch your feet. Inhale raise up straight, exhale return to the original position. Do for s couple more times.
