Pigeon pose ( Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)
Inhale, lift your right leg and place the ankle on your left knee. Try to keep the ankle and knee in line as far as possible. Place your hands on the right leg and sit tall.
Exhale, bring your body down and chin almost touching on your right leg. Inhale come up, exhale leg down. Do it on the left leg. Repeat for a couple of times on both the sides .
opens up the hips, softens the stiff muscles in the hips.
strengthens the upper body.
Stimulates abdominal organs.
Aids in digestion.
