Facial yoga 11, Exercises for neck

Any kind of stress results in neck pain.
Neck is the short and strong pillar in our body.
Neck exercise is very important in facial yoga.
It is important to exercise the neck daily to reduce stress. Go for neck exercises, enjoy the stretch and shrink on the neck. 
Neck exercises on standing posture 
Repeat the exercises for 3-5 times.
1. Stand erect , do a few normal breaths.
2. Body twist 
Stand erect with hands on the hip, rotate to the right with the upper body, feel the stretch on the neck and hips, come back, then rotate to the left and come back.
3. Neck rotations 
Stand erect, rotate the neck slowly, clockwise, anticlockwise and then clockwise. Do it gently.
4. Stand erect. Raise your head up, look up the ceiling.
Then bring the head down to touch the chest with your chin.
5. Stand erect, bring your head towards the right, hold it for 5 seconds, then tilt your head and support with your right palm. Feel the extended stretch. Do it on the opposite side.
Neck exercises help to lubricate the neck.
Strengthens the neck.
Relieves the stiffness in the neck.
Results in face glowing.
