Facial yoga 4 for cheeks



Simple exercise for cheek muscles.
Improves blood circulation and strengthens the muscles. Enhances beauty of the face.
Sit tall and comfortably. Take a few normal breaths and relax.
1. Fill in air in your mouth. Hold for 5-10 seconds.
Puff it to the right cheek and then to the left cheek. Hold for 10 seconds each.
2.Fill in air in the mouth and gargle with the cheeks. Do it for 10- 15 seconds.
Firms the cheek muscles and relieves tension.

3. Fill in air in your mouth, hold for 10 seconds and blow it out.
Removes excess fat in cheeks.
