Facial yoga 9, for eyes

Yoga for eyes relieves the tension in eyes.
It firms the muscles around the eyes. Helps reducing the crow feet lines in the face. 
1. Breathing 
Sit tall and comfortable, take a few normal breaths and relax.
2. The ‘V’ exercise for eyes 
Form a ‘V’ with your index and middle fingers. Place the middle finger on the inner corner and the index finger on the outer corner of your eyes. Apply gentle pressure. Give more pressure on the outer corner. Do it for a minute. After squeeze your eyes for 10 seconds and blink it for a few times. Smoothens the wrinkles and eye bags. 
3. Tapping around the eyes 
Start taping with both your hands from the bottom of your eyes to up above the eyebrows . Continue for a minute. Helps lifting the skin around the eyes. 
4. Press both the index fingers under the corresponding eyes, look up and flutter the upper eyelids for 10 seconds. Strengthens the muscles of eyelids.
