Facial yoga 5 for forehead



Simple facial exercises that helps eliminate the wrinkles. 
1. Massage the forehead from the midpoint to outward towards the temples. Place thumbs on the corresponding temples and fingers on your forehead. When massaging visualise that the wrinkles are swept away. Massage for 30 seconds.
2. Place the index fingers firmly above the eyebrows and look forward for 10-20 seconds.
3. Open your eyes wide as if you are scared, place your fingers on the forehead and pull back with your hands. 
Repeat the exercises for three times.
Softens the skin on forehead.
Exercises eyes and eyelids.
Relaxes the forehead.
