Facial yoga 6....simple exercises for nose

Yoga exercises are the great way to stay healthy and happy. Our face is the symbol of happiness. If we are happy it reflects in our face and spreads around which can bring happiness.
These exercises help to firm the muscles around the nose. It helps reshape the nose.
Breathing is always very important in yoga to cleanse and oxygenates. 
1. Alternate nostril breathing 
Close the right nostril, breathe in slowly and deeply through the left, close the left nostril with the index finger and forcibly breathe out through the right nostril.
Continue for 3-5 times in each nostrils.
2. Cup your face and breathe 
Cup your face gently with your palms, breathe in breathe out fast. 
3. Massaging 
Place both the index fingers on the top of the nose and massage down. Then go for the rest of the space and complete the massage.
If you wish to slim your nose, massage your nose with the index fingers from the farther end sideways towards the tip of the nose starting from the top. Massage the whole nose.
If you wish to enlarge your nose, massage from the midpoint towards sideways with your index fingers. Starting from the top, massage  the whole nose upto the bottom.
Apply gentle pressure on the nose endings. That helps activating the corresponding organs in our body.
Don’t expect a dramatic change all of a sudden. Carry on the exercises daily to gain the results.
Daily practice for 5 minutes
