Exercises
1. Moving the ear
Moving the entire ear by cupping with your palms and rotating in a circular motion.
2. Ear pulling
Pull the ear from the top. Place the ear point in between the the thumbs and the index fingers. Gently hold it, pull it outward and leave it. Hold and pull for 10 seconds each. Cover the whole ear lobes.
3. Massaging
Massage the ear lobes from the bottom to top. Massage by pressing or pinching gently. Also massage the gateway of the ears.
4. Breathing
Do a few normal breathing breathe out in starting or while completing.
Do a five minute ear exercises daily.
