Facial yoga 8, face massage

Face massage helps to maintain youthful skin.
Go for a gentle massage on your face as a routine for five minutes and reduce the signs of aging. It improves blood circulation in the face and reduces the stress.
1. Place the bottom of your palms on the corner of your lips and apply pressure away from your face. 
It helps smoothens the smile lines.
2.Fore head massaging 
Form fists and place on the centre of the forehead. Apply pressure sliding down to the temples.
Reduces the wrinkles on forehead. 
3. Cheek massage 
Place both the palms on the sides of your face. Apply gentle pressure pushing up and down.
4. Temples massage 
Place your thumbs on the temples, apply gentle pressure and massage giving circular motions. Do it clockwise, anticlockwise and clockwise.
Helps smoothing the folds near the eyes and strengthens the muscles around the eyes.
