2. Pyramid Pose
Stand erect with feet apart.
Breathe in raise your hands up together bringing your right leg back.
Breathe out bend down and touch your left foot
Breathe in raise up, bring the right leg back and left leg back.
Breathe out bend down and touch your right foot.
Breathe in raise up.
Breathe up come back to normal position.
3. Wheel Pose
Stand erect with feet close,
Breathe in raise the left hand up.
Breathe out bend your body to the left, sliding your left hand down your left leg and touch both hands on the ground.
