Facial yoga 1 for Chin

Are you worried about double chin? Do these exercises and slim down the double chin.
It helps tighten and strengthen the chin muscles and shreds the excess fat.
Sit tall and take a few normal breaths. In yoga breathing is very important. It oxygenates the cells to overcome the stress and strain.
1. Sit tall, look at the ceiling with your chin up. Hold for a count of 10-15.
Feel the stretch in upper neck and chin area.
Form duck lips looking up, feel more stretch.
Pull out the tongue up the ceiling and feel more stretch in the chin area and upper neck. 
2.Neck exercises help reduces the double chin.
Bend your head a little to the right and hold it on your palm for a count of 10-15. Repeat on the left side.
Support your upper neck in your palms, bend back, go to the right and left. Stay in each pose for a count of 10-15.
Rotate your neck clockwise, anticlockwise and clockwise.
Finally take a few normal breaths and relax.
It is a little bit hard when you start practicing, don’t worry, go for it and see the results starting in a couple of weeks.
