Facial yoga 3 for lips



Lips need exercises to be firm. Improves blood circulation in lips. Smiling, laughing, crying and talking are daily giving some exercises to lips. If you want to give special care to your lips, then go for these simple and funny exercises.
1. Make sound of a bike with your lips for 30 seconds or more. For more fun use your hands too to ride your bike with louder sound with your lips.
2. Smile wide with lips closed, go for fish breathing lips. Hold for 30 seconds.
3. Smile as wide as you can and bring to a kiss gesture with your lips. Hold for 10-30 seconds.
Repeat the exercises three times.
Great way to maintain healthy lips.
