Yoga exercise for jaws reduces the downward drift. Shreds down the excess fat around the jaws and neck.
Sit tall and take a few normal breaths.
Hold each pose for a count of 10-15.
1. Drop down the jaw a little and open your mouth for a small ‘O’.
2. Drop more down for a big ‘O’.
3. Drop down more for a larger and wider ‘O’.
4. Open the mouth and say the vowels louder, a,e,i,o,u.
5. Massage the lower gums with the tongue to exercise the jaws.
Strengthens the jaw muscles. Make the jaw bones prominent.
