Age in so many ways is a great barometer of how much we love ourselves, the people weare turning out to be. In our early years we spent so much time in house hold activities and office work
trying to achieve goals we have set for ourselves. Now we seems to
arrive at a point where the compass turns us inward. The external
goals are still there, but the rewards multiply
inside, and we radiate confidence : I am OK; in fact, I am pretty darn special. I know what makes
me happy and love what makes me uniquely me."LOVE YOURSELF TO LOVE OTHERS."
