Sip smarter....burn calories...

Green tea two cups daily can create wonders in losing weight. It's full of powerful antioxidants.
It is minimally processed tea that contains high concentrations of a plant antioxidant called
epigallcatechin gallae or EGCG, which help in weight loss.
EGCG blocks the body's ability to digest fat. The caffeine in green tea may help you trim down.
My personal experience...I lost 5lb. in a month....
Also the anti-microbial antioxidants may help kill the bacteria associated with tooth decay.
If caffeine disturbs your sleep consume the last cup at least four hours before bed time.
