Good morning friends 🙏
Welcome back to Chair Yoga 🧘‍♀️







 Extended Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana)
Sit tall comfortably.
Inhale raise both your hands on shoulder level. Exhale bring your right hand down in between your feet, raise left hand straight up and gaze up on the palm. Inhale bring both your hands on shoulder level. Exhale bring your left hand and place the palm in between the feet while raising your right hand up. Gaze at the raised palm. Hold the stretch for 5 seconds. Repeat for a couple of times.
Increases the balance and stability of your body.
Strengthens and stretches the upper body, groins, and hands.
