Stand erect with feet about 21/2 to 3 feet apart. Inhale deeply, raise both hands up through sides
and place in namaskar pose. Hold for 5 seconds.
While exhaling bend body at waist along with the hands stretched in between the legs straight up.
Eyes should concentrate on the tip of the fingers of your hands.
Then inhale deeply ,bring hands in the position up above the head, Hold for a while, exhale and bring the hands through the sides of your body to the original position. Repeat this 5 times.
