Tadasana

Stand straight with feet 6 inches apart and hands close to your sides. While inhaling, simultaneously 
raise yourself on your toes and lift the hands above your head, intertwining the fingers. 
Hold for a while. Exhale and lower your arms and stand flat on the floor. Do this exercise 12 times.
 This pose resembles a palm tree.
Benefits
Strengthens body muscles. Balance the body.
Increase concentration power.
Make body flexible and increases and maintains height for regular doers.
