Janusirasana

Sit erect and stretch legs forward. Bend the right leg with the sole in the joint of the left thigh.
While breathing in slowly raise both the hands over the head. Now slowly breathe out and bend
forward, trying to touch the forehead to the left knee and catch the left toes with the palms.
While breath in return and repeat the exercise 5 times on each side.
