Makarasana

Lie in the prone position with hands crossed, so that the palms rest in front of the shoulders.
Keep elbows together, one upon the other on the ground. Stretch the legs straight. Face should
be in between the crossed hands. Relax, breathe normally in the position for 5 to 10 minutes.
Benefits 
Beneficial for hyper tension, heart disease and mental disorders.
Releases tension from the body and mind.
Gives complete rest to the muscles
