Twisting the body in standing posture

Stand erect keeping the feet about 18 inches apart. Keep both the thumbs touching at the ends,
in front of the chest at a distance of one foot in front of your face. While inhaling turn the whole
body gently and while exhaling turn to the front. Again inhale turn the whole body gently to the
right, exhale to the front. While you turn right, pivot on the big toe of the left foot while the
right foot is touching the ground comfortably. While you turn on the left, pivot on the big toe of
the right foot and keep the left foot on the ground.

Repeat this exercise 5 to 7 times.
Lungs are strengthened, trunks are stretched and become flexible.
