Padahasthasana

Stand straight with feet together. Inhale and raise your hands above the head, straight but apart
and stretched near the ears, bend your body and head slightly back.
While exhaling, slowly bend forward from waist. Touch hands on the floor near toes. Care should
be taken not to bend at knees. Now inhale and raise body to erect position, exhale and bend down.
Hold the pose for a while.  Repeat 5 to 7 times.
Benefits
The spinal column is stretched and made supple.
Good for removing excess fat in abdomen.
Helpful in acidity, gas trouble and asthma.
Make body flexible and increases height in youngsters if done regularly.
