Trikonasana 2

Stand straight, keep legs 2 feet apart. While inhaling raise both the hands parallel to the floor.
Hold the breath for a few seconds. While exhaling bring right hand down through the right
side, maximum down to touch the ankle of the right leg and left hand over the left ear and head
straight and parallel to the floor. Breath in, bring to the original posture and repeat on the other
side. Do this 5 times.

 Benefits
Leg and hand muscles are strengthened.
Avoids constipation.
Body becomes more flexible.
