Trikonasana

 Stand straight keeping both the legs 2 to 3 feet apart. While inhaling raise both the hands parallel
to the floor.
 While exhaling bend the body to the front and twist to the left, looking upwards on the tip of
the fingers of the left hand which is raised upwards. This is the final pose. Hold this pose for
a while. Take a deep breathe and while inhaling raise the body and hand and come to the original
position. Repeat the same on the other side. Do this 5 times.
Benefits
The muscles of the shoulders, calf and thigh are strengthened.
Fat deposited on the sides of the body is reduced.
Spinal column becomes more flexible.
