Uttihit Padasana

Lie comfortably on the ground on your back, with legs outstretched. The hands should be placed beside the hips. While inhaling, raise the body above and below the hips and waist about a foot from the ground and move hands from the ground to the side of the thighs. Hold this posture for 5 to 10 seconds. While inhaling slowly come back to the original position. Repeat this exercise 5 to 7 times.

 This exercise is highly essential for maintaining the navel in its normal position which helps in
curing abdominal disorders such as pain, indigestion and diabetics.
