Noukasana

Lie down on your abdomen, resting forehead on the floor. Keep feet together and hands extended
forward, palms resting on the floor. Inhale slowly and raise hands, head and legs together about one foot from the floor. Keep elbows and knees straight. Balance entire weight of the body on the navel.
 Hold for 5 to 10 seconds. While exhaling slowly bring back to the original position. Relax in
Makarasana. Repeat this exercise 5 times.

Improves functions of the lungs, improves digestion and relieves constipation.
Reduces excess fat of the abdomen.
Relieves body stiffness and back pain.
