Laughter Yoga exercises are designed to get people laugh for no reason. Body doesn’t know the difference between real and fake laugh. Experience the health benefits by faking it until it becomes real in laughter yoga.
The steps in laughter yoga 
Clapping 
Breathing exercises 
Child like play &
Laughter exercises .
Today let’s do some laughter exercises. Eye contact is to be maintained. After each laughter exercise do any one of the first 3 steps to take a break and relax.
1. Greeting laughter 
Greet everyone with Namaste gesture and laughter.
2. Milk shake laughter 
Imagine two glasses in your hands, shake and drink with laughter.
3. Cell phone laughter 
Imaginary cell phone call and laugh along.
4. Good job laughter 
Appreciate with double thumbs up laughter.
Finish with child like play, breathing or clapping.
Laughter yoga helps laughing stress away.
Increases sense of happiness.
Builds up better social skills.
