Mudra is a complimentary yoga that brings wellness when clubbed with healthy lifestyle. Mudras help the direct flow of subtle energy so that the mind gets away from distractions.
A Set of four Mudras
This practice helps in balancing energy. It is a simple way of balancing the energy in our body. It can be done almost anywhere, while sitting, standing, walking and lying down.
How to do
Sit tall and relaxed.
These are to done in a sequence.
Alternately touch the tips of each finger with the tip of the thumb. Do this with both the hands. Keep each mudra connected for a few minutes, however care should be taken to keep the duration same for holding each mudra. Focus on the mudra and visualise the subtle energy flowing freely in the body.
