Laughter yoga for wellness, clapping 👏


Good morning friends 🙏
Laughter Yoga an alternative therapy for wellness.
It includes exercises to get people laugh for no reason. Laughter is contagious. In laughter yoga class everyone starts laughing unconditionally. A group of people is the soul of laughter yoga. 
Two sources of laugh
From the body and from the mind.
Kids laugh with body.
Grown ups laugh with mind.
In laughter yoga everyone laugh honestly from within.
First segment in laughter yoga is clapping, the warm up activity.
Bring your hands in front of your chest. Touching palm to palm and fingers to fingers. Start clapping. The reflex points gets energised, it helps activating the corresponding organs and systems in our body. The feel good element starts acting in our mind, the endorphins. 
Then let’s clap in a rhythm to continue the flow of happiness within. Clap again with the body to have some movements and exercises. 
A spacious room is good to go around with the clapping. If you are alone, look at the mirror and do the clapping to watch the movements of your body, mood change actions and happiness in your face.
