Mudra Healing, Linga mudra and Dhyana mudra

Mudra healing session.
Mudras are more of a mental overcome than physical changes thus it takes more time. Be patient and keep practicing on.
Linga mudra (Upright mudra)
Gesture of fire. Fires up passion for life. Associated with root chakra. Increases heat in the body.
Benefits
Helps in weight loss.
Speeds up metabolism.
Burns out excess fat.
Eases digestion.
Strengthen lungs.
Improves breathing by removing blockages.
Cures bronchitis, cold and cough.
How to do
Sit tall and comfortable with palms on your thighs.
Bring both the hands in front of your body, interlock the fingers, ensuring the right thumb pointing up encircled with the left index finger and the thumb. Bring the mudra on the lap, focus and visualise the benefits and practice for 20-30 minutes.
Dhyana mudra ( Mudra for meditation)
Associated with Ajna chakra.
It is a great mudra for meditation.
Represents a complete balance of sense and calmness. The right palm symbolises the awareness while the left palm symbolises the illusion of existence.

Promotes concentration.
Enhances memory.
Control emotions and feelings.
Balances right and left sides of the body.
Promotes healing of body and mind.
How to do
Sit tall, comfortable and relaxed.
Place hands on the thighs.
Bring the left palm facing up below the navel. Place the right palm over the left. Fingers straight. Join the tips of the thumbs, little bit folding fingers of both hands forming a mystic triangle or resembling a bowl.
Focus on the mudra and visualise the balance of senses and experience the calmness within.
