Mudra Healing, Chinmaya mudra and Adi mudra

Good morning friends 🙏
Welcome back to Mudra Healing session.
Mudras are part of Yoga. It produces harmony all over the body. It corrects and balances the functions of the whole body.
Chinmaya Mudra ( Mudra of Awareness)
Chinmaya means the supreme awareness. Makes understand the priorities in the life. Brings awareness of the breath and the prana energy in the body.
Benefits 
Improves flow of energy in the body.
Enhances digestion.
Helps in weight loss.
Improves flow energy in the body.
Activates chest, lungs and brain.
Promotes physical and mental health.
Connects to the Higher Self.
How to do 
Sit tall and comfortable.
Palms on the thighs facing up.
Join the tips of the thumbs and index fingers gently. Curl the other three fingers into the palms. Focus on the mudra and visualise the smooth flow of prana and the breath.
Adi Mudra ( First Mudra)
Enhances the sense of peace and promotes the awareness and connection with self. It resembles the first hand position of a foetus in the womb and the first one an infant can make with the hands.
Benefits 
Strengthens the lungs.
Improves oxygen flow to the head.
Stimulates the brain.
Relaxes the nervous system.
Helps reducing snoring.
How to do 
Sit tall and comfortable.
Palms on your thighs facing up.
Bring the thumbs to the base of the little fingers. Curl all the fingers over the thumbs forming a light fist. Concentrate on the breathing and visualise the connection with self.
Perform the mudras for 20-30 minutes. If busy do in 2-3 spells in a day. Early morning with empty stomach is best to practice mudras.
Regular practice is essential to gain the benefits.
